These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the booking website operated by KD Media ("we," "us," or "our") and the services you book through it. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Appointments and Bookings

When you book an appointment with KD Media, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to show up for your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your requested service, staff member, and time, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If a deposit was required to hold your appointment, it may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings, at our discretion.
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so other clients are not delayed.

Payments

Payment is due in full when services are rendered, unless a deposit or prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Applicable taxes and any gratuity you choose to add are included in your total.
Prices for services may change over time; the price shown at the time you book or pay is the price that applies.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with a service, please let us know promptly so we can make it right. Refunds and adjustments are handled at our discretion. Deposits are non-refundable where a late cancellation or no-show applies.

Product Purchases

KD Media may offer physical products for sale through the shop on this website. Every product sold through the shop is sold by KD Media directly, as the seller of record. KD Media is solely responsible for product descriptions, pricing, availability, fulfilment, returns and exchanges, and for charging and remitting any applicable sales or use tax. This website's software is provided by CNL Systems, which is not a party to the sale and does not calculate, collect, or remit tax.

Products are sold for pickup at our location. We do not ship.
Payment is collected at checkout and processed securely through Stripe. The price, any tax we apply, and your total are shown before you pay.
If you have a problem with a product you purchased, or want to ask about a return or exchange, please contact us and we will make it right.

Text Messaging and Communications

When you provide your mobile number and opt in while booking, KD Media sends you service-related text messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, and payment receipts.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You choose whether to receive texts when you book.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and account activity.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe we stop sending texts to that number, typically within 24 hours.

We do not share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and messaging-consent data are used only to deliver the messages described above, including sharing with our messaging provider (Twilio) strictly to carry out that delivery.

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate and current contact information.
Tell us in advance about any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions relevant to the service you are booking.
Treat our staff and other clients with respect.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website — including the KD Media name, logo, images, and text — is owned by KD Media or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but individual results may vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which KD Media operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
